What you can expect from the upgrade:

Thanks for your patience during the upgrade! We are excited to share our new and improved online system with you, including enhanced Online and Mobile Banking features, an improved Bill Pay experience and new Phone Banking menu options.


With the upgrade over, it is back to business as usual – our branches are open, transactions posted during the upgrade should be up to date and online services are available.

IMPORTANT: Verify your contact information in Online or Mobile Banking to ensure timely communications about the upgrade.

What's changed, and what's stayed the same?

Debit, Credit and ATM Card Numbers and PINs 

Your card numbers and PINs have not changed.

Usernames and Passwords

Your usernames and passwords for Online and Mobile Banking will need to be changed in the new Online Banking system. Visit our website or download the app to enroll.

Checks

These remain the same.

Online Bill Pay

Our new Bill Pay system is available in Online Banking.

Account Suffixes

These have changed. You can view your account suffixes in Online Banking.

Please Note: If you are signing up for a new ACH, please use your member number only (without suffixes). Let the provider know if you would like to select savings or checking.

Phone Banking – 
New Number: 833.908.0435

Menu options have changed. Please listen to prompts when calling. Enroll using your member number and PIN (last 4 digits of SSN). You will be prompted to choose a new PIN.
